DRG and hit entertainment producer Phil Gurin today confirmed that DRG will represent The Gurin Company’s newly commissioned entertainment format ‘Your Chance To Dance'.
Your Chance To Dance will premiere later this year on CMT in the USA, part of MTV Networks, where the 10 x 1 hour series will be executive produced by Phil Gurin. CMT is home to The Gurin Company’s world famous karaoke game-show format ‘The Singing Bee’ (which is produced with Juma Entertainment) and is also represented by DRG.
The global launch of Your Chance To Dance builds on Gurin and DRG’s partnership following the international format success of The Singing Bee, which has been produced locally in 32 countries worldwide.
Your Chance To Dance is the primetime TV format which challenges viewers of all ages to recreate and home-video themselves, friends or families performing famous dance routines from their favourite music-video, movie, TV show or commercial. The most talented and entertaining entries will be selected then judged by the Your Chance To Dance live studio audience, where contestants will perform live on stage with the chance to win the Your Chance To Dance winners title and big money prize.
