Five Days 2

A time-jumping, state of the nation taut thriller, Five Days 2 returns to explore themes of identity, exclusion and fear, in a story that will once again go to the heart of how we all manage to survive.

Five Days 2 is the gripping and widely popular prime time thriller from BBC Productions, starring Suranne Jones and David Morrissey.

The series starts on a packed evening commuter train, brought to a sudden halt when a young woman jumps from a bridge over the tracks in an apparent suicide.  Meanwhile, in a local hospital, a new born baby is discovered abandoned in a toilet.
As relationships between strangers develop and strands of the story connect, the ensuing drama is a subtle and challenging insight into our emotional lives, exposing the fault lines and divisions that impact us all.

Five Days 2 is written by acclaimed writer Gwyneth Hughes (The Sleeper) and directed by Stephan Pehrsson (Bad Girls and Holdy City)
